We are happy to provide a color seasonal or occasional gift enclosure with your purchase if you are sending a gift. ALL items will be sent out with a packing list with a bill to: ship to: attached or enclosed. There will never be invoices or prices of any kind enclosed.

HOME DIRECT GOLD DELIVERIES FOR GRANDFATHER CLOCKS (the clock is delivered, carried up two flights of stairs, if needed, unpacked and all packing materials hauled away.) Request this service and it is provided entirely FREE of charge.

Grandfather clock orders must be made BEFORE December 3rd to insure their delivery by Christmas

DELIVERY AND CONFIRMATION



ORDERS will be shipped within two to seven business days. Many items are in stock and may be shipped the same day. UPS Ground delivery time should be approximately 3-15 days from order date depending on your location. If you would like your item sooner, please call and a quote will be given for expedited service.

When you place your ORDER, you will receive an e-mail confirmation

In the event an item is out of stock when you order, you will immediately receive an email advising of the expected ship date.

CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order up until the time the order has entered into the packing process.

If the item has shipped you may still return the item ( Please see RETURNS)

RETURNS:

You may return the clock for any reason (except grandfather/floor clocks) and you will be refunded your money by means paid (same credit card)less any shipping expenses incurred by We Love Clocks..if the clock is returned perfect condition. No questions asked.

EXCHANGES are easily made with We Love Clocks. Call and we will gladly exchange the clock you have for the one you want. You are responsible to ship the clock back to us and we will ship the new one to you. You will need a RA# (see below) before returning your clock.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION numbers (RA#) are needed before you return your clock. Please call and we will give you a number and an address of where to ship the merchandise. Any clock that you wish to return, must be returned within 15 days after delivery Most clocks are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS except Grandfather clocks which are shipped by common carrier (freight truck) Grandfather clocks cannot be returned due to the nature of their size, packing, and return shipping costs incurred with the exception of freight damage.

ANY ITEM RETURNED to We Love Clocks must be in the original manufacturer’s box with any labels intact and any cosmetic type box that may have come with it. The box should be free from tape, tears, writing or alteration in any way. The original warranty and all appropriate paperwork including all booklets & instructions must be included. Please INSURE your clock if it is over $100 in value. NOTICE: Blister Packs or "clamshell" packaging cannot be returned if opened unless it is damaged or if it is malfuntioning.

INSPECT your item(s) carefully and immediately when delivered. If the delivery person is still present if you notice any damage to the box, ask him/her to make a notation on all paperwork. If the delivery person is not present please call 1-866-614-0409 immediately. (See “ANY ITEM DAMAGED”)

GIFT RETURNS: Items given as gifts or purchased with gift certificates may be returned for in-store credit or exchanged.



ANY ITEM DAMAGED You may return your clock when there is freight damage or if the clock is malfunctioning. If there is VISIBLE DAMAGE as it is delivered alert the driver to the damage and have him/her make a notation on their paperwork. Save all packing materials, boxes and items sent with the clock. In the rare event of freight damage, we will help you through the process. If your clock malfunctions, a resolution may be a telephone call away.
